The rest of the parts are in the pc pp link down below. I've tried practically everything, from reseating the ram and cpu, using a barebones "test bench", to clearing the cmos. All my parts seem to be fine, no bent pins, etc. I've concluded that either: a My bios needs an update b Incompatible ram? Do you get any 'beep codes'? Do you POST? Can you reach BIOS settings?

If not, consider a benchtop rebuild, testing as you assemble the components to confirm that you are getting proper 'error codes'. I've managed to get it working! Everything seems to be stable now even after OC to 3. Thanks for the reply tho!! You must log in or register to reply here. Latest posts B. I recently built a new system and overall I'm pretty happy, but I have a cold boot problem for an unclear reason. Whenever I boot up the system first time of the day it is simply not starting.

After I hard reboot it by holding power sw button and boot it again, everything works flawlessly. I never experienced any system crashes or other problems once it's actually up. I also had no problems during the installation of Windows But my cold boot problem persists. Additional info.

I did not OC the system. Miniatura de Adjuntos. I often but not always get a cold reset at startup meaning the first power on of the day but also later if the system stays switched off for a long time I mean the system powers on for a couple of seconds and then immediately switches off.

I press the power button again and then works fine loading the OS.

To me it's not a great problem, I haven't opened any assistance ticket. Hope it may help! Originally Posted by Baio Last edited by Kartoffl; at PM. Reason: lowering the amount of spelling mistakes :. If you are getting bad cold bootup, it may be doing the same thing to you, but if you aren't getting the error simply could be because it's not looking for another drive in your sequence. In my case it typically recognizes the drive by the 3rd boot. Like you, I have no issues at all once in Windows.

Would it be worth purchasing a different motherboard such as a b and returning the A? How to fix? Basically what you do is temporarily assemble the core components outside the case to confirm everything works before installing it in the case. Never re-use a thermal pad or thermal paste. Below is the CPU support list for your board.

But as stated by hidde above, if you need the BIOS update to use the G, you'll have to temporarily install a different CPU to be able to install the update. I've followed all the manuals and plugged in all the front panel connectors. I just mentioned this in a different post but a critical step many new builders skip is the "bench build" or "bench test". If it is not too late and not too much more money, I would opt for the newer motherboard.

There is the ease factor and there are bound to be upgrades since the older board was designed. You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane. A wise choice, padewan.

Star Wars Reference You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane. I still think it was an assembly problem but regardless, going from an A to B board was a wise move.

Just make sure to bench-test the hardware before you install it in the case. Start a discussion. Ask Your Question. Tip : Use Question Form such as " Why? Thousands of users waiting to help! When the Seahawks traveled to Green Bay last December, Nagel was all over the Packers as three-point underdogs. The result: Russell Wilson tossed a career-high five INTs and the Pack romped 38-10.

It was his fourth win in five games involving the Seahawks. Nagel knows Sunday's game comes down to the Seahawks' defense (No.

If the Seahawks can pressure Rodgers and force turnovers, they'll win on the road. But will that happen. The Packers used their first four draft picks to bolster a defense that was No. In that game, Matt Ryan had a field day, throwing for 338 yards and three TDs. But will they be able to slow down Wilson, who looked red-hot in the preseason.
